From the 1970s Tim has composed immersive interactive multimedia through installation, music & performance, redefining it’s role, challenging cultural delineations. His work features in international institutions, festivals & public spaces including WOMAD (2018/7), Wenzhou Bienalle (2016), Dak’ Art Dakar (2016), Auckland Arts Festival (2015/09), NZ Arts Festival (2014), Biennale of Sydney (2012) (collaboration), Beijing 798 (2011), Shanghai Expo (2010) & Asian Art Biennial Taiwan (2009), plus Africa, Holland, Belgium, UK, USA, Japan, France & Thailand.
Lectured & facilitated research workshops in digital interactives at institutions including Shanghai University; Future University Hakodate (Japan); National Institute Dramatic Art (Sydney); UTS (Sydney); Te Papa (NZ) and QUT (Brisbane).
